Welcome to SciaticaAndMe.com. My name is Dee and I am a recovering pain sufferer. This blog was created to document my journey through the hell of Lower Back Pain that has resulted in what seems like a life sentence of Sciatica, to a brighter, more hopeful future.

By sharing my journey I hope it will help others get through a similar situation, and encourage people to pursue a more exciting life while living with Lower Back Pain and Sciatica.

Please know from the outset that you should never ever give up on yourself. No matter how painful it is, no matter what people are saying about you, or how much people take the piss out of you for walking like a robot, or having to sit on a rubber ring.  Remember that it will get better, it time, and you should always live in hope and faith.
